Date Christmas Tree Bark

Ingredients
Roughly 26 dates
3 tbsp nut butter
3 tbsp melted dark chocolate
Handful of halved walnuts nuts
Handful of pumpkin seeds
Handful of bluerries
Method
1.
lace your dates into a Christmas tree–shaped mould or into a makeshift piping/parchment cone. Pipe or press them onto a lined tray in a tree shape.
2.
Use a rolling pin to gently press and flatten the dates into an even bark layer.
3.
Spread a thin, even layer of nut butter over the date base.
4.
Pour or drizzle melted dark chocolate across the surface.
5.
Sprinkle over mixed seeds, chopped nuts and blueberries for colour, crunch and plant diversity.
6.
Chill in the fridge or freezer until firm.
7.
Pipe extra nut butter on top to mimic Christmas lights or garlands.
8.
Break into bark pieces and enjoy your festive, fibre-packed treat!
