Chocolate Dipped Kiwi Slices

Ingredients
2 ripe kiwis
100g dark chocolate (75% cocoa solids or more)
A handful of chopped pistachios, nuts, or coconut flakes (choose your favourite!)
Method
1.
With the skin on, slice the kiwi fruits into thick round slices.

Melt the dark chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
3.
Dip each kiwi slice halfway into the melted chocolate, then place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4.
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle it with chopped pistachios, nuts, coconut flakes, or your choice of topping.
5.
Let the chocolate set in the fridge for about 20 minutes until firm.

Serve and enjoy!
