Chocolate Grape Bark

 
 

Frozen grapes have always been one of my go-to snacks, so I thought I’d level them up with one of my favourite additions, dark chocolate. They’re sweet, crunchy, a little bit indulgent, and keep perfectly in the freezer so you can dip in and enjoy them all week.

Ingredients


Ingredients

  • 350g of grapes

  • 300g of Greek yoghurt

  • 100g of dark chocolate

  • Sea salt


Method


1.

Mix the grapes wit the Greek yoghurt

2.

Spread over a tray in one layer, suitable for the freezer

3.

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave doing 20s intervals

4.

Spread melted dark chocolate in the top of the layer of grapes and yoghurt

5.

Sprinkle with sea salt

6.

Freeze overnight
