Ingredients
240 ml boiling water (1 cup)
150 g whole flax seeds (I use Linwoods) (1 cup)
Method
1.
To prepare the flax mix, bring 240 ml of water to a boil. Add 150 g flax seeds and stir well. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool until it thickens into a gel-like dough.
2.
Place a portion of the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out into a thin, even circle (about 20 cm diameter).
3.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the wrap onto the pan. Cook until the bottom side is firm and golden, then flip and cook the other side (about 2–3 minutes per side).
4.
Repeat with the remaining dough until you have 4 wraps. Fill with your favourite toppings and serve warm.
