Banana & Coconut Breakfast Slice

Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
2 medium eggs, lightly beaten
125g smooth almond butter
150g desiccated coconut
1 tsp baking powder
Method
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a square baking dish with baking paper.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until the mixture is smooth.
3.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared dish.
4.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the top is golden.
5.
Allow to cool before cutting into slices and serving.
