Chocolate & Mango Overnight Oats

 
 

A fibre-rich breakfast packed with slow-releasing oats, chia seeds rich in omega-3, and a touch of cacao for antioxidants. Finished with creamy yogurt, fresh mango, and dark chocolate for a satisfying and nourishing start to your day.

Ingredients


45g oats

10g chia seeds

5g cacao powder

50g yogurt

10g maple syrup

100ml almond milk

Toppings:

2 tbsp of yoghurt

Handful of chopped mango

Chopped dark chocolate


Method


1.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave overnight in the fridge, or for at least 20 minutes, allowing the oats to soften.

2.

Add the toppings before serving.
