Blackberry & Pistachio Chocolate Shell Weetabix Bowl

Ingredients


2 Weetabix or Oatibix

1 mashed banana

120ml almond milk

50g of mashed blackberries (fresh or frozen defrosted)

2 dollops of yoghurt

2 tsp pistachio butter

35g of melted white or dark chocolate

Handful of chopped pistachios


Method


1.

Mash banana, crumble the Weetabix on top and mix with milk until well combined.

2.

Cover with mashed blackberries, yoghurt and finish with melted chocolate and chopped pistachios.

3.

Leave in the fridge overnight.
