Wholemeal Wraps
These wraps are the perfect alternative to shop bought - they contain whole, nourishing ingredients, they taste amazing and they’re super easy to make!

Ingredients
250g wholemeal bread flour
45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
Pinch of salt
150ml boiling water
Method
1.
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix into a dough
2.
Knead for 2 minutes, then divide into 6 balls
3.
Roll out each ball into a thin wrap
4.
Heat a pan on medium high heat, add a wrap and cook for about 2 minutes on each side
