Fruity Chia Pudding Pots
These chia pudding pots are a simple make-ahead breakfast or snack that combines convenience with great nutrition. Chia seeds are naturally rich in fibre, which supports digestive health and helps promote fullness, while also providing plant-based omega-3 fats. Layered with fruit for natural sweetness and extra vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, they're an easy way to add more variety to your diet and can be prepared in advance for busy mornings or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
Chía pudding base
2 tbsp of chia seeds
120ml of milk
2 big dollops of geek higher
2 tsp of maple syrup
For the variations
Mango: 150g of mango, blended with honey
Raspberry: 150g of fresh raspberries, mashed
Blackberry: 150g of fresh blackberries, mashed
Toppings
Flaked almonds
Greek yoghurt
Method
1.
Mix all the ingredients of your chia pudding base

Mash the fruit you’re using. Mix the chia base with some of your mashed fruit of choice - leave some fruit to line the jar
3.
Layer some fruit at the bottom of a jar, top with chia pudding, finish with Greek yoghurt and add toppings
4.
Leave in fridge overnight, or for minimum 4 hours to start to thicken
