Apple Overnight Oats
Ultra delicious and healthy breakfast! This apple and almond butter overnight oats is high in protein, filled with different textures and warming flavours.

Ingredients
30g oats 300g milk or milk alternative 60g Greek yoghurt or soy alternative 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave Handful of chopped walnuts 1 1/2 chopped apples (+ 1/2 apple, sliced) 3 tablespoons almond butter
Method
1.
In a large bowl mix oats, chia seeds, walnuts, yoghurt, milk and agave. Rest overnight.

Pour 2/3 of the mix in the bottom of two jars, layer each with 1 tbsp of almond butter and chopped apple.
3.
Finish with the rest of the overnight oats mix, extra almond butter, walnuts and sliced apple.
